Android Jelly Bean 4.3 has been released for HTC One on CM 10.2. Just follow this step guy's :
  1. First thing you want to do is make sure your phone is rooted.
  2. Download the rom of T-Mobile HTC One version and place it in your download or root folder, either is fine.
  3. Download Gapps (Google Apps) for 4.3.
  4. Download Rom Manager and flash Clockwork Mod Recovery.
  5. Reboot into recovery, and CREATE A BACKUP! This is important, ALWAYS create a backup.
  6. Wipe data, cache, and dalvik cache (located in Advanced).
  7. Head to Install Zip from SD Card in Recovery and locate the folder where the rom is saved. Click on the rom and select Yes to install.
  8. Once the rom has finished installing, head back to the folder where Gapps (Google Apps) is saved. Click on Gapps and select Yes to install.
  9. Reboot from recovery until you see the CyanogenMod 10.2 splash screen. It may take a few minutes to load, this is a one time thing as it is booting for the first time.
  10. You should be directed to the start up screen, where you will setup and log in with your account.
  11. All done, enjoy your HTC One with CM10.2 Android Jelly Bean 4.3!
